Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your package size, and check out. For COD, just enter your name, phone number, and complete delivery address — no advance payment needed.
Do you accept online payments?
Where online payment options are offered at checkout, yes. Cash on Delivery is always available as well.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and standard delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan.
How much are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you confirm your order.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and surrounding areas.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 7-day easy returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
How do I get a refund for a COD order?
COD refunds are sent via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
